Information you give us
When you send a request, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, city or ZIP, details about your roof, and optionally your email and photos. When you call our tracking number, our call-tracking provider records the call details, the call itself if you leave a voicemail, and a transcript.
How we use it
We use your information to pass your request to an independent roofing contractor serving your area, who may contact you about your roof. We don't sell your information for unrelated marketing.
Analytics
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, pages viewed and whether a form was submitted), and Cloudflare Web Analytics for traffic and performance. We don't send your name, phone number, email or form contents to analytics tools. Google Analytics uses cookies; you can block them in your browser or use Google's opt-out add-on.

Retention
We keep request records as long as needed to handle the request and for our business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete the information you sent by submitting a request through our contact form and noting "privacy request." California residents may have additional rights under state law.
